A fully automated system designed for medium to high-speed production lines. Empty tubes are loaded into a hopper/cassette, then automatically fed into the rotary holders, oriented via an eye-mark sensor, filled, ultrasonically sealed, coded, trimmed, and discharged without any human intervention.
Operation: 100% Fully Automatic (From bulk tube loading to final product discharge).
Tube Orientation: Automatic Photo-electric Registration Sensor (I-Mark alignment for precise logo positioning).
