WORKING PROCESS :-

The machine is designed for a simple and efficient operational flow, allowing smooth tube sealing with minimum operator effort.

PROCESS FLOW :-

Tube Loading → Tube Orientation → Material Filling (Manual / Optional) → Ultrasonic Sealing → Tail Trimming → Finished Tube Discharge

Tube Loading – The operator manually places empty or filled tubes into the tube holder for processing.
Tube Orientation – The machine aligns the printed tube marking or artwork position to ensure proper branding orientation before sealing.
Material Filling – Material can be manually filled or integrated with an optional filling system depending on production requirements.
