Working Progress
PROCESS FLOW :-
Tube Loading → Tube Orientation → Precision Filling → Air Removal System → Folding & Sealing → Batch Coding / Embossing → Finished Product Discharge
- Tube Loading – Empty aluminum tubes are placed into holders either manually or through an optional automatic tube feeding system.
- Tube Orientation – The machine automatically aligns each tube according to its printed mark or position to maintain proper branding and product presentation.
- Precision Filling – The product is filled inside the tube using a high-accuracy servo-driven filling system. Volume can be adjusted easily through the touch-screen panel.
- Air Removal System – Before sealing, the machine removes trapped air from the tube to improve product shelf life and sealing quality.
- Folding & Sealing – The open end of the tube is folded using a precision mechanical folding system. Multiple fold options are available as per product requirements.
- Batch Coding / Embossing – Production details such as batch number, manufacturing date, and expiry date can be embossed during the folding process.
- Finished Product Discharge – Sealed tubes are automatically discharged for final inspection and outer packaging.
